Hi, I’m Kimberley Utama
I am so grateful to have the chance to connect with you, even if it is virtually! As a busy mum of three boys I know just how important health and wellbeing is. When we are healthy and rested then we can cope with the daily challenges and stress that life can throw. With everything that is happening in the world right now it is time to focus on what matters to you and how YOU can bring about positive changes in your life. Healthy body, mind and spirit. For me what keeps me balanced, healthy and grounded is teaching and practising yoga and meditation, being an active present mum and wife, smoothie bowls and eating for the moment and not following diets or fads, being in nature, connecting with friends and family, journalling and some time everyday even if it is only 10 mins for ME! My biggest tool in keeping things together amongst the chaos is knowing when to just let life BE.
